Introduction: Viewing and managing scheduled alarms in 1st Clock

Since 1st Clock 4, you can view and manage alarms scheduled for specific dates or periods.

  • The calendar in 1st Clock shows days with alarms scheduled for in bold. Hover the mouse over the date to see a detailed list of alarms running on that date.

  • You can easily add a new alarm for a specific day. Suppose you want to add a new alarm to run on 28th of November. Hover the mouse over 28th. You will see that no alarms are scheduled for this day yet.

    Now click the date to open the list of alarms scheduled for that date. Scheduled alarms are displayed on the separate tab in the Alarm List window. Selected date is shown in this tab's title.

    Please note that if the Calendar displays two months, then you need to double-click the date to show the alarm list.

    Click Add alarm button to add a new alarm.
You can easily add a new alarm for a specific day. Suppose you want to add a new alarm to run on 28th of November. Hover the mouse over 28th. You will see that no alarms are scheduled for this day yet.

  • New alarm will be set to run 28th of November at 6:00AM. It means that as soon as you start your PC on 28th, this alarm will run.

  • Once you finish editing of the new alarm and click OK, you will see this new alarm in the scheduled alarms list.

  • To see the alarms scheduled for a specific period use the Show alarms for toolbar button or Show menu in the Alarm List window.

    You may select one of the predefined periods or click Custom period... to specify a custom period.

    For example click This week's alarms to see alarms scheduled for the current week.

  • You can easily switch to the next or previous weeks using the corresponding commands on the toolbar and in the menu.
